Even if it doesn't have a PLC at all. We will help you connect these machines to the system. We have input and output modules with microprocessor, pre-programmed and low cost, connected via Ethernet or Wifi. They use the MQTT protocol (ISO/IEC 20922), and like OPC-UA, it meets all security requirements. But it has the advantage of being light and using little energy (less than OPC-UA). Our I/O modules require just 2W to operate.
The costs for the green environment are very few. In a medium factory it does not exceed 150Wh (web server included). Monetary costs are only upon installation, and the system will be cost-free for life.
